Sponsorship Application

Complete sponsorship application (an invoice will be generated based on information within the application and sent to the point of contact and authorized signer noted on the application).  

Invoice and Payment

Within approximately one week, the invoice will be sent to the point of contact.  Note the invoice will come from Launch, our event logistics partner.  Payment terms are Net 30 unless stated otherwise.

Introduction to our Logistics Partner

Our event logistics partner, the Launch team, will be in touch regarding next steps, deadlines, and everything related to sponsorship logistics.
